The leader of fraction of the Party of Pensioners in the Legislative Assembly of Chelyabinsk region, Board Chairman of the regional branch of the Party, Stepan Firstov, is planning to announce at the conference «Party of Pensioners — strategy for all generations»: «We are to help medical community get rid of the dictate of officials and authorities and take the top place in the life of russian society.»

According to Stepan Firstov, if we really want to raise domestic medicine to a qualitatively different level, thus, first of all, we must take care to return to doctors the ability to determine the clinical parameters of the treatment of a particular disease independently. «It is medical association which is able to fully understand and takes into account needs of patients and forms the main parameters of the functioning of the current Health system, instead of incompetent officials. Only in this case, people of our country, regardless of age, will be able to count on medical care of good quality.» said Stepan Firstov.
