The Congress of the Southeast European Medical Forum (SEEMF) is held on 5-8 September 2019 in Sofia, Bulgaria. The event is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Healthcare and Minister of Healthcare of Republic Bulgaria Mr. Kiril Ananiev. Professor Leonid Eidelman, President of the World Medical Association, has already proved his participation. Stepan Firstov is the only russian, who is in the Council of the Southeast European Medical Forum. This year he is going to take part at the Congress as a delegation member from the All-Russian public organization named Society of Doctors of Russia, which consists of presidium members (O.O. Yanushevich, E.N. Prazdnikov, V.V. Neroev and S.V. Firstov), as well as representatives of the Chelyabinsk regional branch of the Society of Doctors of Russia.
Official languages are Bulgarian, English and Russian. The scientific program of the Congress covers issues on clinical and translational medicine. Particularly, delegates discuss topics related to aging of the population. The field of their vision includes current topics, which are cardiovascular diseases, transplantation, gastroenterology, neurology, neurosurgery and psychiatry. There are themes of nephrology and urology, reproductive health, orthopedics and traumatology, calamity medicine and pharmacotherapy.
Every participant, who wishes, can take part at the Round Table on «Challenges in the Healthcare systems — 21st century. Values and Principles». This year agenda includes issues related to Healthcare policy of the Southeast

Organizers of the Congress has already applied for accreditation with the European Accreditation Council For Continuous Medical Education. Moreover, the Southeast European Medical Forum has already got its identification ISBN number. Abstracts and thesis of the 10th Anniversary International Medical Congress of SEEMF speakers will be identified with ISBN. Assoc. Prof. Andrey Kehayov MD, President of the Organizing Committee noticed: «We expect, that the 10th Anniversary International Medical Congress of SEEMF becomes a prominent event uniting more than 1000 participants from all over the world. We are expecting leading lecturers, representatives of medical science, members of national medical associations, heads of hospitals and organizers of the Healthcare system».
The extensive scientific program of the event is supplemented with an interesting excursion part, which includes visiting of an ancient city of Plovdiv, Rilla monastery, Boyana Church, National Historical Museum and walking tour through Sofia.
