February 8, 2021 a regular reception for citizens took place at the public room of the Party of Pensioners for Social Justice of Chelyabinsk region. Due to the sharp cold snap and worsening weather conditions, some appeals to the Board Chairman of the regional branch of the Party, Stepan Firstov, were considered in the video and telephone mode.

Traditionally, the deputy of the regional Parliament receives appeals from doctors of the region complaining on interaction difficulties between the heads of medical organizations and them, as well as citizens asking for professional advice on Health and medical care.

A significant part of appeals related to the housing and communal services. In particular, residents of the Leninskiy district complained about below temperature of air in residential premises.
All requests had been considered and explanations had been given. Relevant requests had been prepared and sent to authorities.
