The faction consists of two deputies: General Director of the FMC clinic, Associate Member of the World Medical Association, Presidium member of the All-Russian Public Organization Society of doctors of Russia, Chairman of the regional branch of the Political Party Russian Party of Pensioners for Social Justice in Chelyabinsk region, dr. Stepan Firstov and the Head of Vascular Surgery department of Chelyabinsk regional hospital, Chief vascular surgeon of the region, Member of the Russian Society of Angiologists and Vascular Surgeons, honored doctor of the Russian Federation, member of the regional branch of the Political Party Russian Party of Pensioners for Social Justice in the Chelyabinsk region, M.D. Vladimir Vladimirskiy.

Stepan Firstov is elected as a Head of the PARTY OF PENSIONERS faction.

The first meeting of the faction is held on October 20, 2020, on the eve of the second meeting of the Legislative Assembly of Chelyabinsk region.
