Today, on the basis of the Financial university under the Government of the Russian Federation the fourth All-Russian scientific and practical conference «Party of Pensioners — strategy for all generations» is held.

The leader of fraction of the Party of Pensioners in the Legislative Assembly of Chelyabinsk region, Board Chairman of the regional branch of the Party, Stepan Firstov, is planning to announce at the conference «Party of Pensioners — strategy for all generations»: «We are to help medical community get rid of the dictate of officials and authorities and take the top place in the life of russian society.»

The vicious practice of the executive branch praising doctors for their heroism and professionalism in the fight against the pandemic and at the same time issuing orders, that significantly worsen the already unenviable situation of HCW should be stopped.

February 8, 2021 a regular reception for citizens took place at the public room of the Party of Pensioners for Social Justice of Chelyabinsk region.

Regular session of Sages Club initiated under the Russian Party of Pensioners for Social Justice took place on the 4th February 2021 and was devoted to the matters of overcoming devastating consequences of medical industry optimisation as well as searching for perspective modernization ways to improve the Health of the country in circumstances of epidemic crisis.

Stepan Firstov as well as the other representatives of the world medical community takes part at the WMA Council Session, where important strategic issues are to be solved and discussed to determine the future policy of the association.

Considering active international activity of Stepan Firstov, in particular, his membership at the World Medical Association, the document COVID-19 and Universal Health Coverage developed by a working group of the United Nations was recently received.

Stepan Firstov will participate in the International Symposium on Coronavirus Vaccination, which will be held on July 1-2 in the Vatican.

12 January 2021 was held an online meeting of the World Medical Association Socio-Medical Affairs Committee. Zoom was chosen to be the platform.

December 21, 2020 took place the first renewed Presidium session of the Society of doctors of Russia scheduled after the third congress.

In conditions of the coronavirus infection spread and uncertain epidemiological situation, the conference was organized in compliance with all anti-epidemic requirements.

The leader of the public reception office of the Party of Pensioners in the Legislative Assembly of Chelyabinsk region, Stepan Firstov, received a request from the legal representatives of patients, being on medical supervision in the urology department for children of the State medical institution of Chelyabinsk regional clinical hospital №3.

26 November 2020 took place a regular session of the Legislative Assembly of Chelyabinsk region.

Chelyabinsk region has returned 500,000,000 rubles allocated for programs of vital importance to the federal budget.

The deputy of the committee on Social Policy of the Legislative Assembly of Chelyabinsk region Stepan Firstov criticized the work of the Ministry of Health after the report of the Minister of Health of the region Yuri Semenov.

The faction consists of two deputies.

Stepan Firstov participated in the online session of the WMA Associate Membership. The meeting was held within the World Medical Association 71th General Assembly, which had been scheduled for 26-30 October 2020, Cordoba, Spain.

Regional branch Chairman of the Party of Pensioners for Social Justice, Stepan Firstov, participated at the council meeting of political parties under the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Ural Federal district. 

The theme of the program was «Who are all these people?», which was quite reasonable. They were talking about new members in the Legislative Assembly of Chelyabinsk region, which was renewed on 40% in its seventh convocation.

Stepan Firstov participates in the WMA 71 General Assembly as an Associate Member. It is not for the first time for him to share experience and represent interests of his own country at the events of international level.
